Required HR Officer in Urban Unit Pakistan 2024

An HR Officer plays a pivotal role in managing an organization’s human resources functions. This position often serves as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring that HR policies are implemented effectively while addressing employee needs.

HR Officer Job Duties:

  • Helping with the whole cycle of recruitment and selection from advertising to staff onboarding.
  • Get and shortlist applications according to the posted requirements.
  • Create an initial screening procedure using your long- or short-list of candidates.
  • Working with applicants during the employment process.
  • Prepare a minutes of meeting and evaluation sheet following HR Sub Committee advice.
  • Maintaining soft and hard data of recruiting and selection, i.e. approval notes, hiring minutes, JDs, ads, PBECs etc.
  • After acceptance of hiring minutes, handle job offer emails to the final candidates and maintain appropriate follow-up with their joining.
  • Using employee data forms, joining new inducts payroll staff, interns, etc. on their appropriate task leads results in a joining report signed by the relevant task lead.
  • Making sure new hires present complete documentation that is, educational materials, experience certificates, CNIC, picture, CV, salary slip any other necessary document.
  • Orientation for incoming new hires
  • Getting ready for contract letters for new hires (daily wagers, field crew, payroll staff, interns)
  • Not long after extending employment offers, emailing the IT and Admin Section suggesting a new joining for required setup
  • Monthly preparing and updating of the vacancy data report
  • Complete any other assignment given by Senior Manager/Manager in Human Capital Management.
  • Control all internal and outside correspondence for the HCM Section on hiring and selection.
  • Review and get ready medical reimbursement cases for staff members, presentation, Medical Review Committee Minutes.
  • Making sure the soft and hard records of all the above specified actions are developed, kept Current and precisely updated. Furthermore guaranteed will be maintenance of IRIS depending on scanned databases.
