Admin Finance Specialist Responsibilities:
- overall in-charge of pertinent division of Administration and Financial Unit for effective execution within approved annual budget and time frame.
- Overall PMU administration and financial management help the Project Director to guarantee effective management.
- Oversaw the grant withdrawal and distribution activities, audit of accounts, handled general financial management and development of yearly budgets and financial reports/statements.
- In charge of processing payments on advice from corresponding Managers.
- In charge of producing several monthly, quarterly, and annual end financial reports to Donors, A.G. and Punjab Government.
- Guarantee control and preserve general financial discipline in the return of project monies.
- Through training, coaching, and counseling with staff members, you may guarantee good employee relations and hence preserve a friendly and productive working atmosphere on the projects.

- Coordinating with the accounting and finance departments guarantees on-time payments.
- Perform final closeout of assigned contracts; e.g., assure delivery, inspection and acceptance of contractual end items and that all administrative and reporting activities have been resolved before recommending final closeout of the contract.

Admin Finance Specialist Job Education and Experience:
Education:
- Masters in Finance, ACCA/CA Inter etc. or comparable.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of professional expertise working in the public or private sectors.
- Experience working on projects sponsored by foreign financing bodies or banks will be sought.
- Preference would given for a candidate with strong managerial and communication abilities.
