Required Admin Manager in Multan 2024

SM Foods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the entire office.

Admin Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of administrative staff
  • Plan, develop, and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.
  • Oversee office operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and space management.
  • Provide support to executives and senior management by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and databases.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Keep strong liaison with legal & other bodies including but not limited to MDA, WASA, MEPCO, SNGPL, PTCL, Police, Fire Brigade, 1122 Emergency, Building & Land Department, and Labor Department, EPD, PESSI, EOBI & others.
  • Ensure strict checks on un-authorized intrusion, theft, robbery, crimes
  • Control support staff & gate clerks in terms of their task allocation & deputation

Admin Manager Job Qualification:
