Assistant Internal Audit Education & Experience:
M.Com/MBA/BDA/BS Accounting & Finance (16 Years Education) OR
Master’s degree in finance or accounts from HEC acknowledged university or institution.
Experience: Fresh
Preference will given for relevant public sector experience.
Maximum age: 40 years.
Assistant Internal Audit Responsibilities:
- Help manager internal audit in managing and controlling the whole audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all relevant directions and regulations.
- Help with pre-audit of material payments; if necessary, let the management know the audit observations or results; then, follow up the management reaction for additional required action(s).
- Help with the regular internal audit of the high value projects sponsored both locally and internationally as well as the audit of the division.
- Support follow-up audits to track management’s interventions.
- Help the team members to direct themselves toward everyday responsibilities and duties.
- As asked by the management or the board, help in advisory capacity for internal control assessment.
- Any other significant assignment the Manager Internal Audit assigns.
- Help with daily meetings with several departments covering different anomalies.
- Help with pre-audit of material payments; if necessary, let the management know the audit observations or results; then, follow up the management reaction for additional required actions.
