Qualification and Experience of Business Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, business administration, finance, or economics. The ideal Master’s degree is
- Minimum of three years of IT sector business analyst experience, ideally with an eye on financial systems or projects connected to economics.
- Excellent analytical abilities capable of critical evaluation of intricate corporate systems and procedures.
- Superior communication abilities, especially capacity to clearly explain technical ideas to non-technical participants.
- Mastery in business analysis methods including stakeholder management, data analysis, process modeling, and requirements eliciting.
- Knowledge of tools for business analysis including Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence.
- strong knowledge of Agile or Waterfall approaches, together with background working in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Capacity in a fast-paced atmosphere to work autonomously, prioritize activities, and oversee several projects concurrently.
