Customer Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to promote and sell our products/services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with product selection.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Customer Sales Representative Qualification:

Minimum of 6 months experience in customer sales or a related role.
Intermediate-level education or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
