We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role primarily focuses on providing exceptional tech ecommerce online client support and backend product data entry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have a passion for technology, and be comfortable with an early start time of 4 AM to support our Australian clients.

Backend Product Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter and update product information in our eCommerce system, ensuring all data is current and error-free.
  • Assist with the management and organization of product catalouges, including pricing, descriptions, and images.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to ensure product data consistency and accuracy across all platforms.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members to share insights and feedback from customer interactions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss updates, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide support to team members as needed, ensuring overall team success.
  • Customer Service Specialist Job Qualification:
