Manager Operations Job Responsibilities:
- Has an all-rounder go-getter approach (e.g. eager to take up multiple assignments related to various departments of Eden group)
- Has command over admin related tasks (e.g. liaison with suppliers, day to day office running, R&D on new products, making feasibility?)
- Has excellent communication skills for customer dealing (e.g dealing with difficult clients, coaching customer service executives)
- Has experience and able to liaison with Govt departments (e.g LDA, LESCO, police)
- Takes pride in being a skilled troubleshooter.
- Candidates with legal experience shall be preferred.
