UK based sportswear company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join a new setup in Lahore. We had our staff working remotely for the last few years. Now we have decided to open our office and train our staff under one roof.

This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with local labor laws, leading culture and engagement initiatives by addressing employee relations issues, fostering communication, and nurturing team growth. Acting as a liaison between the management and local as well as UK employees, the role oversees onboarding, benefits administration, and cultivates a positive work culture aligned with the organization’s broader objectives.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hiring the best talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This involves developing job postings, interviewing candidates, and providing new hires with the necessary tools, resources, and training to perform their roles effectively.
  • Maintain strong discipline in the office by creating a motivated and friendly environment.
  • Must have team building skills
  • Must establish and enforce remote work policies, which may include guidelines on work hours, communication protocols, and data security. These policies should be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure they remain relevant.
  • Manage attendance, contracts, and employee documentation
  • Address low attendance, low activity rate
  • Monitor and enforce start time according to company policy
  • Manage the review process and conduct regular meetings with employees to gauge their experience
  • Contribute to the development of long-term plans for the organization
