With the help of our Lean Convert Delivery Framework, the Optimization Consultant develops, implements, and delivers a conversion optimization plan that yields a return on investment for our clients. The primary objective of this position is to implement a strategy that increases the client’s contract value by 95% to 105%. Other important objectives include a return on investment (ROI) of 10x investment through personalization and experimentation.
Optimization Consultant Responsibilities:
- Build conversion optimization roadmaps with stakeholder buy-in and consensus on optimization objectives and priorities.
- Develop and oversee the ideation and discovery stages to produce an impact map that will aid in contract and return on investment delivery.
- Sell ideas and concepts to stakeholders in a way that gets them on board with the optimization path.
- Keep an eye on things and make adjustments as needed (to the process and to the optimization road map)
- Make optimization decisions that will help the delivery team succeed.
- Assist in the accurate collection and reporting of requirements
- In order to renew commitment, align towards the goals, and enable strategy pivoting when necessary, it is necessary to manage the overall process to guarantee that strategy and requirements sessions, as well as QBRs, are held on time.
- Regularly provide consumers with a variety of optimization options with the Just In Time methodology.
- Produce insightful, statistically sound reports that outline next steps for clients.
- Assist the sales staff in acquiring new clients as required.
- Communicate and collaborate with Vendor Partners to gain insight into upcoming product releases and cultivate lasting partnerships with Vendor CSMs.

Experience and Education:
- Must have a minimum of two to three years of experience running optimization programs.
- You need to be familiar with one or more of the following testing platforms: Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, Adobe Target, Monetate, Dynamic Yield, AB Tasty, VWO, Google Optimize, or any similar tool.
- Proficient in using a variety of technologies for behavioral tracking and web analytics
- Possess solid, provable understanding of the various statistical metrics and the benefits and drawbacks of defining well-run trials.
