Systems Analyst Responsibilities:
- Maintain manufacturing and Make-to-Sell processes running well on a daily basis. Assist in the launch of vendor and customer-side EDI enabled procedures
- Keep an eye on the system’s health, identify problems, and put fixes in place to keep downtime to a minimum and efficiency at a maximum. (Internet Protocols), message queues, and platforms for middleware.
- Help fix production-impacting technical issues by working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Find ways to save money, make the system better, and increase efficiency.
- Take part in improving and enhancing the system through design, development, and implementation.
- New features and capabilities should be tested thoroughly to make sure they satisfy business needs.
- Create and update detailed documentation of all system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
- Help end-users make the most of production systems by providing them with training.
- Give people consistent help and advice on how to utilize the technology and how to get the most out of it.
- Gather relevant information from industrial systems by extracting and analyzing data.
- Secure critical data by establishing and regularly checking data integrity procedures.
