Senior Operations Manager Job Duties:
- Analyses the Sales Order of every new project
- Create all necessary tasks for the completion of the project
- Coordinate with customers regarding timings to ensure seamless workflows
- Coordinate with and communicate work to sub-contractors
- Virtually Command and Monitor Labor’s work on job-sites
- Ensure timely payment installments as work progresses
- Resolve any issue/complaints from clients

Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum of 3 years of Operations Management at an international firm/company
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business related field
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Project Software and CRM
- Proficient in Technical Skills like Reading drawings/Measurements etc (Mandatory)
