The ideal candidate will oversee our e-commerce platforms (Woocommerce, Amazon, and eBay), make sure product listings are optimized, and maintain a strong presence on each site. Being able to quickly adjust to new trends and changes in the e-commerce market is a must for this position, along with good analytical abilities.

An organization’s online sales operations are supervised by an Ecommerce Manager, who also makes sure the ecommerce platform is configured for optimal performance and profit. From attracting customers to the site to facilitating their purchase, this position oversees every step of the online transaction lifecycle. The Ecommerce Manager works with other teams to improve the online shopping experience, including marketing, IT, and customer service.

Ecommerce Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee and enhance product listings on Woocommerce, Amazon, and eBay to boost exposure and sales.
Find out what’s popular, how much stuff is selling, and what your competitors are doing on e-commerce sites by doing some market research.
Make and keep engaging stores, enhancing both their design and content.
Keep an eye on reviews, comments, and questions from customers, and reply whenever possible.
Create and implement plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals across all channels.
Be well-versed in the latest regulations, algorithms, and industry standards.
Work together with other departments to enhance product availability, shipping, and customer happiness.
Use metrics and data analysis to make smart decisions and boost performance over time.
Always be up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and offer suggestions for improvement.
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, internet marketing, and e-commerce platforms would be an asset.
