Work for AA Web Solutions Pvt Lt Lahore as a Customer Care Representative. We are seeking an individual with strong English verbal and writing abilities who also has at least two years of experience primarily as a customer service representative or similar.
Customer Care Representative Job Duties:
- For quotations within established SLAs, answer all requests live chat, phone, or email.
- Based on the way the labels are used by the client, offer comments and guidance; make sure the most suitable labelling solution has been given to them.
- Specifically upsell goods and services provided by AA Labels.
- Establish a rapport or relationship with clients and follow up in writing all of your spoken correspondence.
- Consultative soft sales obligation for every inquiry.
- Make follow-up calls for quotes and sample orders to help convert to order.
- Seek actively for targets for quotation conversion and spot fresh commercial prospects.
- As necessary, help and train fellow colleagues.
- Provider cover for team members in busy times and/or absence.
- Foresee possible problems/issues with customer orders (complaints/returns), promptly address them, and then correctly assign the work to the relevant team member. Oversaw the finishing of such projects.
- Handle and/or assign questions and/or duties connected to artwork.
- Track and monitor Express orders to guarantee always fulfilled client expectations.
- To finish reasonable extra hours to finish tasks and/or lighten load.
Customer Care Representative Job Abilities & Skills:
Knowledge
- Mathematically oriented with strong geometric and measurement sense.
- Thorough awareness of client connection management and customer service.
- Thorough understanding of soft/consultative sales and methods of quotation conversion.
- Although not necessary for the position, knowledge of the self-adhesive label business would be useful. Full training will be given.
Skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Great presence and phone etiquette.
- Excellent understanding, in written and spoken forms, and strong mastery of English language.
- Excellent verbal and written clear, succinct communication ability.
- Excellent time management techniques that allow one to operate under duress.
- Clear ability to solve problems and capacity to identify responses/solutions.
- Able of learning, remembering, and using the knowledge gained from training.
- Strong listening techniques
- Always produce complete quality work regardless of volume of labor.
- Always be quite meticulous in your attention to detail.
- IT literate and able to use and/or learn standard and proprietary software; more especially, competent in the use of Power point, Word, Outlook, Excel.

- Customer service experience and soft sales approach.
- Clear knowledge in handling work distribution and flow-through.
